Nature of work
- Lead a team of mechanics: plan and allocate tasks, set priorities, ensure efficient work performance.
- Monitor key production indicators: equipment failures, mold change efficiency, equipment starts.
- Analyze the causes of failures and initiate actions to reduce recurring failures.
- Prepare mold change and equipment start-up plans to ensure smooth and timely production starts.
- Investigate downtime and provide suggestions to increase efficiency by reducing downtime.
- Support and improve LEAN/Kaizen processes: monitor existing solutions, provide improvements, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements for the candidate
- Higher engineering education (in the field of mechanical / engineering).
- Experience in leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for the result.
- Good knowledge of English and Russian.
