Nature of work
- Organization of the work of the mechanization department and coordination of employees;
- Control of the technical condition of construction equipment, trucks, vehicles and equipment;
- Organization of preparation of equipment for work at construction sites, technical maintenance and timely repair;
- Organization of troubleshooting of equipment and prompt resolution of technical problems;
- Control of ordering and use of spare parts, materials, tires and other means necessary for the operation of equipment;
- Control of technical inspections, repair and maintenance deadlines of equipment;
- Control of repair costs, equipment operation and rational use of resources;
- Organization of work of subordinate employees and ensuring occupational safety requirements.
Employee requirements
- Technical education;
- Good knowledge of construction equipment, trucks, vehicle operation and repair;
- Practical experience in working with equipment and (or) organizing its repair;
- Experience in leading a team and organizing work;
- Ability to independently make decisions and promptly solve technical problems;
- Responsibility, initiative and organization;
- Computer literacy;
- Category B driver's license.
