MAVENFLARE Performance Lab agency is looking for a Media Buyer - someone who manages META and Google Ads campaigns and helps e-commerce brands grow.

Experience is important, but not the most important. We are looking for someone with HUNGRY and DESIRE to learn and grow. If you have less experience, but a burning desire to become the best - we are more interested in that than a candidate with 5 years of experience without motivation.

Data-driven media buyer who understands the connection between campaign structure, creative and results. You know how to explain why one campaign works and another doesn't. You have an ownership mindset and want to take responsibility for client results.

What you will do:
- Manage META and Google Ads campaigns (setup, optimization, daily monitoring)
- Analyze performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and make optimization decisions
- Launch new ads, kill dying creatives, adjust budgets
- Collaborate with Creative Strategist / Designer on creative testing
- Prepare performance reports for clients
- Use AI tools (Claude, Higgsfield) for ad copy and insights

> 1-3 years of practical META Ads experience
> Understanding of campaign structure (Purchases objective, targeting, budgets)
> Performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, frequency)
> Analytical thinking and data-driven decisions
> Understanding of E-commerce / Lead gen
> English (B2-C1)
> Use of AI tools
