What you'll do

• Develop, optimize, and execute media mix strategies by analyzing campaign performance metrics and market research
• Participate in the planning and negotiation of all media types (TV, radio, OOH, newspapers, online, etc.) for Baltic countries
• Manage and supervise media project planning and implementation in collaboration with media agencies and other stakeholders
• Prepare reports and advise potential media performance improvements
• Control media project budget and participate in cost management
• Communicate regularly with involved stakeholders in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia to advance media project development
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for media content or strategies

About you

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience working in media agency or client-side media planning role (both ATL and BTL)
• Very good Lithuanian and English language skills
• Comprehensive understanding of the Lithuanian media market and media planning KPIs
• Experience in and understanding of the Latvian and Estonian media markets is a major advantage
• Results oriented person with high attention to details
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in a busy, varied role
