About the role
This position will focus on working with advertising and media planning agencies, their project managers and direct clients.
You will need to sell not only a specific advertising product, but also the advertising channel itself, its idea, benefits and suitability for different brands. Therefore, it is important to understand the specifics of the advertising market, the principles of agency operations and be able to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
This role would best suit someone who has experience in advertising, media, outdoor advertising, print, portals or similar B2B sales areas.

Responsibilities
- Actively work with advertising and media planning agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agency project managers.
- Present internal advertising opportunities in public transport to agencies and their clients.
- Work with direct clients, especially larger brands.
- Identify new potential clients for whom this advertising channel could be relevant.
- Organize and conduct live and remote meetings with clients and agencies.
- Actively communicate by phone, email and during meetings.
- Understand the client's advertising goals and offer the most suitable solutions.
- Grow long-term relationships that would turn into recurring sales.
- Work according to sales plans, goals and agreed sales discipline.
- Fill out reports and ensure clear visibility of sales activities.
- Contribute to greater filling of the advertising channel and sales growth.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in advertising, media, outdoor advertising, press, portals or similar field is a great advantage.
- Experience working with advertising agencies or media planning teams is a great advantage.
- Ability to sell an advertising channel, idea and value, not just a specific product.
- Strong relationship building and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work diplomatically between the client, agency and internal team.
- Activity, independence and result orientation.
- Ability to lead meetings, present solutions and listen to the client's needs.
- Courage to approach larger clients and initiate new contacts.
- Mature approach to sales, responsibility and long-term work with clients.
- Ability to work in a structured way, adhere to agreed sales discipline and goals.
