Stafferty client – expanding its team in Lithuania and looking for a Medical Representative to work in the Klaipėda region.

Nature of work:
Actively carry out sales activities in the Klaipėda region, achieving the set quarterly goals;
Regularly visit pharmacies, creating and maintaining long-term relationships;
Present products to pharmacists;
Implement sales strategy in accordance with company guidelines;
Independently plan visits and effectively organize the working day (on average 12-13 visits per day);
Analyze sales results, monitor market trends and provide feedback to the manager;
Ensure professional representation of the company and products, in compliance with ethics and pharmaceutical sector requirements.

Requirements:
At least one year of experience working in a Medical Representative position or Public Health studies would be a great advantage
Work experience with doctors and pharmacists;
Category B driver's license;
Results-oriented and a desire to actively sell;
Independence and responsibility;
English is an advantage, but not necessary.
