Primary responsibilities
A Medical Representative who already has experience or wants to grow in this field would be responsible for sales development and building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers (pharmacies) in the Vilnius region:
- Monitor and analyze the food supplement market and competitors' actions.
- Independently plan and manage the customer basket and visits in the region.
- Coordinate and implement marketing and sales promotion actions.
- Control and evaluate sales results at supervised points.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Employee requirements
- 2-5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution or retail.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is not necessary - training on products and other specifics will be provided upon starting work.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan, analyze and systematize information.
- Independence and result-oriented.
- Spoken English for communication with colleagues.
- Category B driver's license.
