About the company:
We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our growing team and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals.
This position will focus primarily on pharmacies and pharmacists, but will also involve visits to doctors – neurologists, gastroenterologists and family doctors.

Main responsibilities:
- Regularly visit pharmacies in Vilnius, Kaunas and other cities in Lithuania;
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy employees;
- Present the company's products, their features and benefits;
- Visit neurologists, gastroenterologists and family doctors;
- Achieve set sales and visit goals;
- Analyze customer needs and provide information to the team about the market situation;
- Contribute to the growth of the company's products awareness and results.
What to expect:
- Experience as a medical representative would be a great advantage;
- If you do not have such experience, we expect a medical, pharmaceutical or other medical-related education;
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
- Ability to independently plan your working day and visits;
- Result orientation;
- Responsibility, initiative and ability to work independently;
- Category B driver's license and willingness to travel during work.
You are offered:
- 2000–2200 Eur/month. salary in hand;
- Additional bonuses depending on the results achieved;
- Permanent employment contract;
- Work area covering Vilnius, Kaunas, and periodically - Klaipėda and Šiauliai;
- Possibility to use your own car, compensating for its use for work purposes, or a solution with a company car;
- All necessary tools for work are provided;
- Independent and dynamic work, in which you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the company's results.
- Workplace / office - in Kaunas, but we invite applications from both Vilnius and Kaunas.
