Nature of work
Understand and be able to work in accordance with the Lithuanian Medical Standard MN 68 “Medical Biologist”
Know the laboratory parameters of human tissues and biological fluids;
Know the principles of management and quality assurance;
Know the influence of various periods on the quality of laboratory tests;
Be able to perform laboratory tests and their quality controls;
Be able to evaluate test results;
Be able to evaluate and interpret test results, ensuring that the tests were performed properly and qualitatively;
Be able to work with the laboratory information system.
