Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the daily activities of the medical unit, ensuring a smooth and efficient work process;
- Form, lead and motivate a team of specialists (doctors, nursing staff and other employees), ensuring effective work;
- Ensure the highest standards of medical ethics and quality when performing medical services;
- Ensure smooth cooperation with territorial health insurance funds (THF), coordinate processes related to reimbursed healthcare services;
- Coordinate the preparation of documentation, coding of services and correct submission to health insurance funds;
- Ensure compliance of the medical unit's activities, documentation and processes with the legal acts regulating healthcare activities and the company's internal procedures;
- Analyze the results of the unit's activities, make proposals for improvement, organize implementation, aiming for profitability and operational efficiency;
- Ensure high quality of patient service and services provided;
- Coordinate the development of existing medical services and the implementation of new services.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (higher medical education would be an advantage);
- 3 years of analog work experience (advantage);
- Experience in working with territorial health funds and the ability to ensure compliance;
- Knowledge of the principles of the pharmaceutical market (advantage);
- Knowledge of basic business and logistics management, accounting principles;
- Excellent leadership, organizational and strategic planning skills;
- Analytical skills and orientation to results;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of Russian/English would be an advantage;
- Good computer skills;
- Able to react quickly in various situations and solve problems.
