We are currently recruiting for a Medical Services Project Manager who not only has excellent knowledge of quality and compliance processes, but also wants to contribute to Northway’s continued growth by implementing best practices and strengthening a culture of professional service.

You will be responsible for:
Quality and compliance assurance:
Licensing and documentation management:
Implementation of legal acts and cooperation with institutions:
- Implementation of the quality of healthcare services and legal requirements.
- Cooperation in implementing new services in the institution and improving the quality of existing services.
- Development and updating of internal procedures and policies.
- Review of patient complaints and representation of the institution.
Licensing and documentation management:
- Administration of the institution's licensing process.
- Supervision of medical documentation, compliance with filling procedures and organization.
- Supervision of electronic health system data processing processes and compliance with requirements.
- Coordination of services reimbursed by the ICD and control of the provision of services paid for by insurance companies.
Implementation of legal acts and cooperation with institutions:
- Monitoring and implementation of legal acts, orders of the Ministry of Health in practice.
- Cooperation with state supervisory institutions.
- Reviewing institutional comments and developing compliance action plans.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in the fields of public health, health law, management or auditing.
- You have 2-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, quality or documentation and want to grow further.
- You have excellent knowledge of healthcare legislation and are interested in its changes.
- You are able to maintain constructive cooperation with doctors, management and institutions.
- You like to clearly structure processes, notice discrepancies and propose solutions with reason.
- You are an initiative, analytical, responsible person and value order and clarity.
