Your working day will include:
- Registration of patients on site and remotely (by phone, online)
- Data management in the business management system: registration of visits, creation of tasks, updating of information
- Preparation of documents: consent forms, consultation sheets, outpatient books, contracts, etc.
- Acceptance of payments (cash, card or transfer)
- Consulting patients about services, their prices and registration options
- Communication with the clinic staff
- Creation of a pleasant and professional atmosphere
We hope you:
- You have completed a university degree or equivalent
- You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service (work experience in a medical institution is an advantage)
- You not only work with a computer, but also can quickly understand new systems
- You speak Lithuanian fluently, and ENGLISH is not a challenge for you, but an assistant
- You value order, are able to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive data responsibly
- You think "through the eyes of the patient" - you strive to make everyone feel heard and properly served
