We are opening a new "Altamedica" rehabilitation clinic in Vilnius and assembling its team. We invite a medical registrar who wants to join us in creating a smooth, professional and patient-friendly clinic routine from the very beginning of its activities.

🔹 Patient acceptance, registration and provision of information;

🔹 Scheduling procedure times and managing patient flows;

🔹 Documentation management - checking referrals, entering forms into e. systems;

🔹 Working with the "E. Health" system, paying special attention to data accuracy and orderliness;

🔹 Administration of billing for services, invoicing and cashier operations;

🔹 Collaboration with clinic specialists and the administration team to ensure smooth and pleasant patient service.

🔹 Responsible approach to work and thoroughness in handling documentation;

🔹 Ability to work with a larger amount of information and follow established procedures;

🔹 Good computer literacy and ability to quickly understand new systems;

🔹 Polite, clear and respectful communication with patients;

🔹 Punctuality, independence and ability to work in a team;

🔹 Advantage - ability to communicate in English and/or Russian;

🔹 Advantage - work experience in the field of medicine, reception or customer service.
