MEDICAL RECORDER AT REHABILITATION CLINIC

We are currently inviting medical registrars to join our rehabilitation clinics in Kaunas (Šiaurės g. 8C and Šiaurės g. 8A).

This position will be perfect for someone who values not only accuracy, but also sincere communication with patients, and teamwork is a natural part of everyday life.

🔹 Patient acceptance, registration and provision of information;

🔹 Scheduling procedures and managing patient flows;

🔹 Documentation management when working with a doctor or social pediatrician (checking referrals, entering forms into the e. system, registering cards);

🔹 Working with the "e. health" system, paying special attention to the accuracy and orderliness of data;

🔹 Billing for services, invoicing, cashier operations;

🔹 Cooperation with the clinic team to ensure smooth and pleasant patient service.

🔹 Responsible approach to work and thoroughness in handling documentation;

🔹 Ability to work with a large amount of information and follow established procedures;

🔹 Computer literacy and the ability to quickly understand new systems;

🔹 Polite, clear and respectful communication with patients;

🔹 Punctuality and ability to work in a team;

🔹 Experience in the field of medicine or customer service is an advantage.

🔹 1.0 full-time workload;

🔹 3 days a week: 08:00–16:00;

🔹 2 days a week: 11:00–19:00;

🔹 Work takes place in two rehabilitation clinic locations – Šiaurės g. 8C and Šiaurės g. 8A, Kaunas.

1300-1650 €/mon. gross
The salary consists of a fixed base salary and motivational bonuses based on achieved results.
