We are looking for a Medical Department Administrator to join our team, who will be responsible for administering public procurement processes and coordinating documentation.

Main responsibilities:
- Monitoring and administration of public procurement tenders (CPO, CVP IS systems).
- Preparation of proposals, commercial documents and procurement-related materials.
- Tracking information throughout the process - from placing an order to receiving and shipping goods.
- Preparation of official letters, responses and other documents.
- Cooperation with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of processes.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Good computer skills (MS Office or other programs).
- Ability to work with documents and information responsibly and accurately.
- Knowledge of English.
- Experience in the field of public procurement is an advantage.
- Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines.
