Wood pellet production operator

Production process management: you will maintain the wood pellet press and drying line, monitor their operation and ensure a smooth production process.
Working with machinery: you will load raw materials and transport finished products with front-end and forklift loaders.
Equipment maintenance: you will inspect the equipment daily, lubricate it and perform simple maintenance work.
Maintaining cleanliness: you will clean the workplace and equipment. Sawdust is one of the biggest enemies of smooth work, so cleanliness and order are extremely important to us.

Technical understanding: the ability to understand how mechanisms work, notice changes in their operation and react in a timely manner. Experience in repairing a car, agricultural or other machinery is a great advantage.
Machinery management skills: experience working with loaders, tractors or other heavy machinery. TR1, TR2 or SM categories would be an advantage.
Responsibility: understanding that production equipment is a valuable asset that must be protected and properly maintained.
Physical endurance: readiness to work in a production environment where noise and dust occur.
Result orientation: we are looking for someone who cares not only about the hours worked, but also about the smooth production process and the quality and quantity of products produced during the shift.
Equipment conservation: we expect you to consider the loader, press and other equipment as the main work tools - you will protect them, lubricate them in a timely manner and maintain them properly.
Discipline: punctuality, a responsible attitude to work and compliance with safety requirements are essential for us. We have a zero tolerance policy for drunkenness in the workplace.

Training: we will show, explain and teach you how to work with specific wood pellet production equipment.

Shift work schedule: work is organized in shifts, including night shifts.
Work clothes and equipment: we will provide you with high-quality work clothes, personal protective equipment and all the tools necessary for work.

2500-4500 €/mon. gross
The final salary will depend on your qualifications, work experience, and competencies.
