We are looking for an ambitious B2B Timber Sales Manager to develop international sales, expand the customer network and contribute to business growth in the Baltic and export markets.

- Active development and increase of roundwood trade sales in Lithuania and foreign markets.
- Search for new customers, establish contacts and develop long-term business relationships in Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, Western Europe, China and other markets.
- Create and develop long-term B2B relationships.
- Work with the existing customer base - its maintenance, development, analysis and optimization.
- Development of sales of logging, timber extraction and chipping services.
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiation and contract administration.
- Market analysis, monitoring of the competitive environment and identification of new business opportunities.
- Participation in conferences and business trips in foreign countries.
- Analysis of sales results and regular reporting to management.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)
- Successful work experience in active B2B sales.
- Experience working with foreign markets.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to independently plan, organize and manage sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Result-oriented and ability to achieve set goals.
- Category B driver's license.
YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE THESE COMPETENCES
- Experience in the timber trade, wood processing, forestry or forest management project sectors.
- Experience working with international timber trade.
- Additional knowledge of foreign languages (Polish, German, Russian or other languages).
- A network of contacts in the wood sector in the Baltic States, Scandinavia or other foreign markets.
- Experience in developing export sales and opening new markets.
