The METAWOOD team is looking for a diligent and responsible sanding specialist to join us‼️ Your job will be to prepare parts of various materials for painting, varnishing and other finishing stages‼️
Nature of work
🟣 Manual and mechanized sanding of wood, metal, artificial stone and plastic parts;
🟣 Surface preparation for painting, varnishing and other finishing works;
🟣 Removal of irregularities, burrs, glue and putty residues, scratches and other surface defects;
🟣 Performing primary, intermediate and final sanding;
🟣 Selection of suitable sanding tools, abrasives and their grain size;
🟣 Quality inspection of prepared surfaces;
🟣 Marking, assembly and protection of parts from damage and contamination;
🟣 Maintenance of sanding tools, replacement of abrasives and maintenance of workplace order;
🟣 Working according to production tasks, drawings, technological cards and established quality requirements.

Requirements for candidates
🔵 You have at least secondary education;
🔵 You know or are ready to learn how to work with manual, electric and pneumatic grinding tools;
🔵 You are meticulous, responsible and attentive to the quality of work;
🔵 You are able to work independently and in a team;
🔵 You comply with occupational safety requirements and responsibly maintain the workplace and the tools used.
