In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, collecting, analyzing and generating insights from audience data for digital and traditional media channels;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the digital market, communication and content and providing recommendations;
- Providing strategic proposals for reaching LRT channels, content, campaigns and audiences;
- Determining the need for research, organizing it and presenting the results;
- Preparing and presenting reports, analyses and collaborating with internal departments to improve processes.
We hope you will have:
- Higher university education; advantage – in sociology, mathematics, economics or related fields;
- At least 1 year of similar work experience (data analysis, digital media, marketing, etc.);
- Good skills in using MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint);
- Experience working with digital analytics and audience measurement tools (Gemius Audience, Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Data Studio, Power BI);
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian, good knowledge of English;
- Analytical thinking, ability to analyze complex processes, plan activities and prepare clear reports and presentations;
- Ability to communicate in a reasoned manner, manage conflict situations and cooperate effectively;
- Ability to organize work in groups, involve and coordinate the activities of other people.

Salary for this position: from 2700 to 3500 EUR/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
