We invite a MEDIA PLANNER to join the Media Research and Planning Department and find not only a space to grow, but also a community that supports and inspires you to strive for more.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, control and optimization of the implementation of partners' audiovisual campaigns on television, radio and the Internet;
- Analysis of the results of audiovisual campaigns, preparation of reports and provision of insights;
- Campaign management, tracking and analysis of statistical indicators;
- Effective management and optimization of the inventory intended for partner communication on LRT channels;
- Cooperation with the Partnerships Department and other related departments;
- Improvement of media planning tools.
We hope you will have:
- Higher education (advantage – in mathematics, analytics or related fields);
- At least 2 years of similar work experience;
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills and English language skills;
- Ability to analyze and systematize information and make data-based decisions;
- Strong skills in working with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
- Excellent planning and work organization skills, diligence and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of TV and radio planning systems (Mira, Diga) (would be an advantage);
- Experience using Power BI, Google AdManager, Supernova and Instar (would be an advantage).

Salary for this position: from 2500 to 2800 EUR/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
