In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, control, implementation coordination and optimization of partner communication on LRT channels (television, radio, portal);
- Analysis of audiovisual campaign results, preparation of reports and provision of insights;
- Tracking and analysis of communication campaign statistics;
- Effective management and optimization of partner communication inventory on LRT channels;
- Effective cooperation with the Partnerships Department and other related departments;
- Creation and maintenance of information blocks on the television planning platform;
- Improvement of media planning tools.

We hope you will have:
- Higher education (advantage – in mathematics, analytics or related fields);
- At least 2 years of similar work experience;
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills and knowledge of English;
- Ability to analyze and systematize information and make data-based decisions;
- Strong skills in working with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
- Excellent planning and work organization skills, diligence and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of TV and radio planning systems (Mira, Diga) – an advantage;
- Experience using Power BI, Google AdManager, Supernova and Instar – an advantage.
