WHAT WE OFFER
Modern responsible forestry company "JRanga" invites forest equipment operators to join the team to work with brand new forest equipment.
JRanga invites qualified specialists from Lithuania and foreign citizens living in Lithuania to join. If you are considering joining our team and moving to Lithuania, we will provide all the necessary support to make this transition smooth.
- Operate forestry machinery (logger), perform logging operations that include felling trees;
- Perform daily inspection and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal operation and safety of machinery;
- Follow safety rules and ensure work is carried out in accordance with forestry regulations and environmental standards;
- Plan and execute work effectively to achieve production goals and deadlines;
- Assess forest and site conditions to determine safe and effective work methods;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth field work, and promptly inform managers and colleagues about progress, problems or equipment needs.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)
- Experience operating heavy forestry machinery such as loggers or log carriers;
- Valid category B driver's license (category C+E would be an advantage);
- Valid tractor driver's license and hydraulic manipulator (crane) operator's license;
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform equipment maintenance;
- Knowledge of forest work, including logging processes and site assessment;
- Ability to work in difficult field conditions;
- Adhere to safety standards and promote a safe work environment;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Knowledge of modern forest equipment and technologies (advantage).
