We are looking for a Material Preparation Group Manager. He/She will ensure that the materials required for production are prepared smoothly, on time and of high quality.
Salary: €2,800–3,200 excluding taxes (gross) / €1,700–1,935 excluding taxes. The exact amount depends on your experience and competencies.
Working hours: Mon–Fri, 6:30–15:00
Work location: Lauko g. 15, Šventininkai, Trakai district.

Future responsibilities:
- Create a material preparation plan based on Power BI reports and internal warehouse systems.
- Organize and coordinate group work, distribute tasks, and ensure that the plan is implemented.
- Record and analyze material preparation times, use them when planning and increasing efficiency.
- Track how much raw materials are needed for material preparation according to profile bonding requirements and other technological principles.
- Check the quality of profiles according to company requirements, and resolve quality issues together with the Quality Department and the project team.
- Assess risks when the production plan changes or other corrections occur, and take preventive actions in a timely manner.
- Track delayed orders and set priorities for the Receiving group.
- Organize the assembly of panels by assemblers according to production needs and released accounting tasks.
What to expect:
- Experience in organizing and planning team work.
- Experience in working with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
- Professional English language skills (written and spoken).
- Analytical thinking and ability to manage priorities and risks.
