Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible and diligent team member to contribute to our upholstered furniture production process in Kėdainiai. Those without experience - we train on the job. Work in one shift.
Main responsibilities:
We organize transport for employees living outside the city.
We help solve the issue of coming to work - flexible solutions are possible depending on the situation.
Work schedule: 06:00 - 14:30 / 07:00 - 15:30 / 08:00 - 16:30 Choose a work schedule that is convenient for you!
Work location: Kėdainiai.

Main responsibilities:
- Assembling furniture frames (sofas, armchairs, corners, etc.) according to drawings or technological cards.
- Preparing wooden parts: cutting, sanding, drilling, milling and assembling, using various carpentry tools.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace, following the 5S principles.
- Correct operation of equipment and tools, their maintenance and fixing minor faults.
- Responsible and diligent work, ensuring product quality and compliance with standards.
- Performing other tasks according to job instructions and instructions of the manager.

Employee requirements
- Experience in woodworking, furniture or repair (advantageous, but training is available).
- Ability to work with basic hand and power tools;
- Understanding of wood fastening methods: screws, staples, glue, edges.
- Ability to work according to drawings, technical cards or instructions.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain production speeds.
