University or higher education in construction engineering
Computer work
Communicability
Certificate of qualification, entitling to hold the position of construction manager;
Implement the project from the start of construction to the approval of the building for use;
2 years of similar work experience;
Knowledge of construction processes, legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, regulating the construction of the structure
Excellent organizational skills, conflict management skills, independence and initiative;
Driver's licence B category;
