UAB "Rumšiškių paukštynas" invites to join the team Incubator Department Foreman, who will organize the daily work of the team, ensure the quality of the work performed, compliance with biosecurity requirements and smooth operation of the incubator department.

Our incubator hatches fertilized chicken eggs, sorts day-old chicks, selects defective ones and prepares them for customers.

I will organize and coordinate the daily work of the incubator department employees (up to 10 people).
I will distribute tasks to employees, control their performance and work results.
I will ensure that the work is performed on time and with high quality.
I will ensure the quality of sorting and selecting day-old chicks, separation of defects and proper preparation of production for customers.
I will control strict compliance with biosecurity, hygiene, cleanliness and order requirements in the department.
I will supervise the cleanliness and order of workplaces and used premises, organize timely cleaning and disinfection.
I will draw up employee work schedules, fill in working time accounting and other documentation related to the work of employees.
I will promptly solve daily work organization and process problems, if necessary, initiate their solution with responsible employees.
I will cooperate with the head of the Incubator department, provide information about the work of the department, problems that have arisen and their solution.
Helped ensure a smooth onboarding of employees and adherence to established work procedures and instructions.

Experience in leading, coordinating a team of employees or organizing production work.
Ability to clearly distribute tasks, control their performance and take responsibility for the result.
Responsible and organized approach to work.
Ability to quickly respond to emerging situations and make decisions independently.
Diligence and attention to detail - in an incubator, both production quality and compliance with biosafety requirements are important.
Ability to work with a computer and fill out work-related documentation.
We will consider work experience in a production or similar field an advantage.
