In this position, you will be responsible for the inspection and technical condition of warranty equipment and tools, identify faults and their causes, perform repairs, and coordinate the ordering of necessary parts and materials, ensuring the reliability of the equipment and a smooth work process.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform warranty service and repair of customer equipment and tools;
- Diagnose equipment and tool failures, determine their causes and select the necessary repair solutions and parts;
- Repair electric and battery tools, water pumps, garden equipment, car trailers and other equipment;
- If necessary, go to customers to perform equipment failure diagnostics and repair work;
- Assess the need for parts and materials required for repairs and initiate their order;
- Fill in and update information on repair work and orders, ensuring smooth administration of work progress and repair history.
We hope that:
- You have mechanical knowledge, understand the principles of operation and repair of equipment;
- You have gained similar work experience;
- You are good at working with a computer and are able to use MS Office programs;
- You have a category B driver's license.
