Your responsibilities:
What do we expect from you?

- Organize, coordinate and control the smooth, safe and efficient work of the production shift, ensuring the implementation of production plans.
- Lead the team: instruct, develop, evaluate employee performance, ensure their involvement, motivation and successful integration into work processes.
- Ensure compliance of manufactured products, raw materials and technological processes with quality, food safety and established technological requirements.
- Control the demand, consumption, ordering, acceptance and proper storage of raw materials, participate in inventories.
- Respond promptly to production discrepancies, failures or other disruptions, organize their elimination and initiate preventive actions.
- Ensure the orderly completion of documentation (production, quality, cleaning, working time and other accounting documents), in compliance with employee safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements.
What do we expect from you?
- Supervised work experience in production.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality requirements.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate team work.
- Good computer skills.
- Leadership, responsibility and result orientation.
- Able to work a rotating schedule with night shifts (2 days, 2 off, 2 nights, 2 off).
