Nature of work
- Organize, coordinate and control the smooth, safe and efficient work of the production shift, ensuring the implementation of production plans.
- Lead the team: instruct, develop, evaluate employee performance, ensure their involvement, motivation and successful integration into work processes.
- Ensure compliance of manufactured products, raw materials and technological processes with quality, food safety and established technological requirements.
- Control the need for raw materials, consumption, ordering, acceptance and proper storage, participate in inventories.
- Respond promptly to production discrepancies, failures or other disruptions, organize their elimination and initiate preventive actions.
- Ensure orderly completion of documentation (production, quality, cleaning, working time and other accounting documents), in compliance with employee safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements.
- Work on a rotating schedule, with night shifts (2 days, 2 days off, 2 nights, 2 days off).

- Experience in supervised work in production.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality requirements.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate team work.
- Good computer skills.
- Leadership, responsibility and result orientation.
