Main responsibilities:
- Organize and control scheduled and unscheduled repairs of traction rolling stock, special maintenance, dismantling, repair and assembly works, carry out defect detection, diagnostics, testing of rolling stock systems and coordinate the elimination of traffic accidents in Lithuania and neighboring countries
- Perform operations necessary for the activity in the SAP S/4HANA business management system: reserve, receive, transfer and write off stocks, administer work and production orders, register repair hours, coordinate logistics processes
- Fill in technical, regulatory and accounting documentation, administer data in digital tools of repair processes
- Ensure and control compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, fire and traffic safety requirements in repair activities
- Check the quality of the work performed, hand over the work to quality control specialists, organize the elimination of identified non-conformities
- Plan shift work, distribute tasks to the team, control their execution and ensure timely completion of work performance
- Control and analyze budget execution, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Initiate and implement changes aimed at improving operational efficiency, quality and working conditions, optimizing costs, introducing innovations and applying LEAN standards
- Cooperate with clients, service providers and internal logistics, supply, planning and performance accounting teams, ensuring smooth communication and high quality of services
What do we expect?
- Higher education;
- Work experience in the field of repair organization (preferably in transport)
- Knowledge of repair organization principles, technical requirements and technologies used
- Performance indicator analysis skills
- Employee motivation, engagement, team building and effective cooperation skills
- Computer literacy, experience in using SAP S/4HANA program would be an advantage
- Good eloquence, leadership and good communication skills
