What tasks await:
- timely organization of road maintenance, construction and repair works, elimination of defects in accordance with seasonality and quality standards;
- organize the work of subordinate employees in accordance with the consistency and technology of work performance provided for in the project;
- distribute tasks, carry out inspections and control the quality of work performed and compliance with internal rules;
- ensure that tasks are performed in accordance with standards, regulations, technical documentation, etc.;
- promptly respond to changes in road conditions, incidents, extreme and changing weather conditions in order to ensure smooth transport traffic;
- organize traffic regulation during road maintenance and construction, installation of warning and directional road signs, fencing of the object's territory;
- distribute vehicles and mechanisms in assigned objects, ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment;
- control the effective use and quality of materials, timely delivery to work sites;
- ensure the quality of work, timely conduct inspections and resolve discrepancies;
- actively and passively on duty according to a pre-agreed schedule, ensuring prompt response;
- ensure compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements, conduct workplace briefings;
- fill in work performance documents, submit reports, and keep records of materials and equipment;
- cooperate with other departments.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has a technical education;
- has work experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities;
- is proactive, open to innovation, able to easily cooperate;
- is able to work with MS Office software;
- has a category B driver's license.
