TILSTA is inviting a foreman to join us who will coordinate the team's work, ensure production rhythm, and guarantee the safe and high-quality progress of projects.
Nature of work
Organization and supervision of construction works at the company's facilities in the Klaipėda region
Ensuring the execution of production processes according to the project and quality and work safety requirements
Coordination of the activities of subordinate employees, distribution of tasks and control of their performance
Maintaining smooth communication with customers, suppliers, work and project managers and other project participants
Filling out technical and executive documentation

What to expect:
Construction or technical experience (experience in the field of bridges, water ports, road construction or reinforced concrete structures is a strong advantage)
Ability to effectively organize team work on site and promptly resolve daily situational issues at the facility
A serious attitude towards the commitments undertaken, fostering an organization and safe work culture
A category B driver's license and flexibility in working at various company facilities
