Nature of work:
- Organization and coordination of the production process and employee work;
- Ensuring technological process, quality and occupational safety requirements;
- Analysis of production and quality problems and non-conformities, identification of causes and
- Improving production efficiency, reducing losses and defects;
- Implementation and improvement of new technologies, equipment and processes;
- Organization of employee training and competence development;
- Participation in audits and non-conformity elimination processes.
Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00
We expect you to:
Required:
Advantage:
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing company;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of personnel management;
- Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Knowledge of production processes;
- Analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to conduct employee training and convey systematized information.

- Good knowledge of English and Russian in writing and orally.
