Foreman / Bridges and other transport structures

Organize and coordinate construction work at the site;
Manage the work of brigades through team leaders (foremen);
Distribute tasks to teams and control their implementation;
Ensure the performance of work according to established deadlines, technological requirements and quality standards;
Control the proper and timely use of labor, equipment and materials;
Ensure compliance with work safety and order requirements at the site;
Record the work performed, fill in the necessary construction documentation;
Operatively resolve daily organizational and technical issues at the construction site.

You have at least 3 years of work experience as a foreman in the construction sector;
You have worked on bridge, viaduct or other transport structure projects;
You are able to organize people's work and plan tasks effectively;
You are responsible, proactive and result-oriented;
You know how to read drawings and technical documentation;
You have a category B driver's license.
