Nature of work
Organization and coordination of production work in a shipbuilding workshop or department. Ensuring compliance with technological processes, work quality and safety requirements. Allocating tasks to employees and controlling their performance. Supervision of the production process, solving daily technical and organizational issues, cooperation with other departments and ensuring a smooth work process.
Requirements for the candidate
1. Education:
Secondary technical, vocational or higher/university education in a technical field.
Preferred fields: mechanics, mechatronics, shipbuilding, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, welding, heavy machinery mechanics.
2. Production knowledge:
Ability to read 2D technical drawings and diagrams.
Skills in using measuring tools.
Basic knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum) and basic production processes: cutting, grinding, welding and assembly.
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements (PPE, LOTO).
3. General requirements:
Physical fitness.
Responsibility and punctuality.
Ability to learn and work in a team.
