What are you going to do?
- You will perform warranty and post-warranty repairs and maintenance of garden equipment, electric and battery tools, cleaning equipment and other equipment;
- You will perform equipment defect detection - you will determine the faults, their causes and assess the necessary repair work;
- You will select the parts, materials and tools required for repairs based on the technical documentation;
- I will calculate the cost of repair work and prepare offers for customers;
- You will ensure that repair and equipment service orders are carried out with high quality and on time;
- I will inform customers about repair offers, order progress, deadlines and order fulfillment;
- You will administer repair orders in the accounting program and ensure that the information in it is accurate and relevant;
- You will monitor orders for parts required for repairs and their delivery deadlines;
- I will inform responsible colleagues about the materials and tools required for repairs and any problems that have arisen regarding ordering parts, delivery times, or availability of technical documentation;
- I will collaborate with colleagues in solving more complex technical issues and finding the best solution for the client.
What do we expect from you?
- Interest in technology and the desire to understand how it works;
- Technical thinking and the ability to find the causes of failures;
- Diligence, responsibility and diligence;
- The ability to plan your work and meet the agreed deadlines;
- The desire to learn, improve and acquire new technical knowledge;
- The ability to solve problems independently;
- Basic computer skills.
Working hours: I-V 8 am-5 pm or 7 am-4 pm. Working hours can be arranged individually.
No experience is necessary - we will teach you everything! The most important thing is the desire to learn, diligence and interest in technology. An experienced colleague will help you get started and learn the specifics of the work.
