Nature of work
We invite candidates for the position of mobile phone, computer and other electronic equipment repair specialist.
Independently performs maintenance, diagnostics and repair work on the equipment assigned to him/her in accordance with the established repair/technological requirements, ensuring the quality of the work.
Complies with occupational safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements; maintains order and cleanliness in the workplace, ensures compliance with the 5S principles.
Actively participates in daily "Asaichi" meetings, provides operational information on the progress of work, discusses observed problems and suggestions.
Determines the need for spare parts and materials required for repairs, informs responsible persons about deficiencies in a timely manner; reports worn or unsuitable tools.
Neatly fills out mandatory maintenance and repair documentation (repair reports, etc.), ensures that the information is transmitted to the repair shop manager.
Shares knowledge and experience with other workshop foremen-assemblers, follows established procedures, workplace rules and company standards.
Participates in training and seminars organized by the company, constantly improves qualifications and practical skills; helps new employees during the adaptation period.
Follows other instructions of the direct manager (shift leader (Teamlead) or workshop manager) related to the duties of the foremen-assembler; if possible, provides suggestions for solving problems.

Employee requirements
A great advantage is practical work experience in repair and service centers for mobile phones, computers, IT equipment or other electronic equipment, especially in performing fault diagnostics, device disassembly and assembly, component replacement and repair according to technical instructions. Professional or higher technical education (mechanics, electronics, industrial equipment, etc. - an advantage).
At least 1-2 years of experience in the field of equipment assembly, repair or maintenance.
Ability to diagnose faults, use measuring instruments and hand/power tools; understanding of technical documentation.
Responsibility, diligence, orientation towards quality and efficiency; ability to independently organize one's work and work in a team.
Computer literacy (MS Office, data entry, filling out checklists).
Compliance with 5S principles; participation in quality or LEAN initiatives - an advantage.
Knowledge of Lithuanian; Russian or English - an advantage.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the field of equipment assembly, repair or maintenance.
