We are looking for a master - technologist who is able not only to carry out the established process in production, but also to understand what is happening in it, control the result and act when something deviates from the norm.
Here you will need to be at the very center of production - to manage the technological process, organize people's work, solve problems and ensure that the established requirements are not "on paper", but actually work in production.
It is not enough to notice the problem. You need to understand why it arose and know what to do next.

🚀 WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Manage the technological process in your area of responsibility;
- Organize and coordinate the work of employees;
- Ensure compliance with technological parameters, recipes, production instructions and established standards;
- Control the quality of production and the stability of the technological process;
- Respond promptly to deviations - look for the cause, make a decision and organize its implementation;
- Solve technological problems arising during production, without waiting for them to become larger;
- Analyze production results, discrepancies, losses and their causes;
- Look for ways to reduce losses, stabilize the process and increase its efficiency;
- Ensure that employees understand technological requirements and comply with them;
- Participate in the implementation of new products, technological changes and improvement of existing processes;
- Cooperate with production managers, technologists, quality, technical and other teams.
💪 WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO UNDERSTANDS WHAT HE IS IN CONTROL OF
In this position, it will not be enough to say “we have always done it this way”.
We expect that:
Experience in the food industry is a great advantage.
We expect that:
- Have a degree in food technology, technology or a similar field, or strong practical experience in production;
- Understand the production process and be able to see the connection between technology, raw materials, equipment, human work, quality and the final result;
- Able to analyze the situation and look for the real cause of the problem, not just eliminate the consequences;
- Make decisions and take responsibility for them;
- Are demanding in terms of technological discipline, quality and results;
- Notice deviations and react to them – do not wait for the problem to resolve itself;
- Able to organize people's work and clearly communicate requirements;
- Can work in shifts.
Experience in the food industry is a great advantage.
