Smooth organization of shift work and production process. Implementation of production plans, ensuring production quality and productivity. Supervision of work performance, quality control, elimination of production disruptions. Filling in technological, technical and accounting documentation. Planning, organizing and evaluating the effective work of subordinate employees.
Employee requirements
Education in the field of food technology, food safety is an advantage. Experience in the manufacturing industry (food industry is an advantage). Experience in supervised work is an advantage. Excellent computer skills. Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, both spoken and written. Organization, responsibility, duty, initiative, perseverance. Ability to work in a team. Willingness to work and improve.
