Art Gallery Coordinator

PAVEIKSLAI.LT – a 15-year-old Lithuanian art platform successfully operating, collaborating with more than 500 Lithuanian artists, is looking for a gallery coordinator in Kaunas!

We have two galleries – in Vilnius and Kaunas, as well as a framing workshop where we frame artworks and produce reproductions.

A significant part of our clients speak English, so excellent English skills (oral and written) are essential. We participate in 4-5 art fairs every year (in Belgium, Holland, Germany, Austria).

Place of work:

Gallery in Kaunas, Vytauto pr. 60
Full-time, weekdays
Main responsibilities:

• Consult clients and artists live, by phone, by email by mail
• Sell artworks, help choose frames
• Administer the art platform
• Take care of the smooth operation of the gallery

• You like to communicate, have sales experience and are able to understand customer needs
• You are interested in art, are proactive and responsible
• You are able to work both in a team and independently
• You are meticulous, systematic, detail-oriented
• You know how to plan time, prioritize tasks, learn quickly
• You speak and write English well
• You have good computer literacy skills

Requirements:

• Work experience in customer service, sales
• Experience communicating with customers by phone
• English (B2/C1) – necessary
• Computer literacy, responsibility and accuracy
