- Plan and coordinate the activities of the Art Department of the Druskininkai Cultural Center in accordance with strategic goals.
- Monitor art and cultural trends, initiate projects and events.
- Prepare applications for project financing.
- Evaluate cultural activities, submit proposals to the director.
- Coordinate programs of amateur art groups.
- Organize cultural events (festivals, concerts, celebrations).
- Cooperate with institutions in Lithuania and abroad.
Employee requirements
- Higher university degree (in the field of arts, cultural management, humanities or social sciences).
- Management experience is desirable.
- Leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to analyze cultural trends and apply them in activities.
