Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Mentor to join the [b]Artea bank team,[/b] who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- I will coordinate the onboarding and adaptation path of new employees – from day one to independent work.
- You will be a support for colleagues: you will learn, consult, share experience and help them grow through constant feedback and individual consultations.
- You will monitor the quality of customer service – you will listen to conversations, evaluate the results, record the most common mistakes and, together with the team, look for solutions.
- You will prepare and update the necessary material – from conversation scripts to a list of frequently asked questions, so that colleagues have everything they need to do a good job.
- You will cooperate with other departments to constantly improve the customer experience and internal processes.
- You will go on business trips between Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda, there is an opportunity to travel by company car.
- You will be an ambassador for change: if you notice where we can work better – you will express, suggest and help implement it.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher university education (advantage – economics, finance, management or law).
- Experience in developing or supporting others – perhaps you have been a mentor, helped introduce newcomers or simply been the one to whom people turn for help.
- Ability to communicate clearly and structuredly so that others can easily understand what and how to do it.
- Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Curiosity to observe what works and what doesn’t, and the courage to suggest new ways if you see that it can be done better.
- Perseverance and flexibility when solutions have to be sought among different opinions or situations.
- Ability to mobilize a team – to collaborate with colleagues to achieve more together.
- Similar work experience of at least 2 years. (An advantage – experience working with financial products, such as life insurance or investment funds, as well as customer service experience in sales or banking).
- Awareness and responsibility – the ability to follow established rules, notice potential risks and contribute to the creation of a safe and transparent work environment.
