Main responsibilities:
Veho Lietuva is looking for a Salon Administrator who, with professionalism, attention to detail and positive communication, would create an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the smooth daily operations of the salon.
In this position, we will entrust you with:
✧ Create a first impression that customers remember - by professionally and warmly welcoming those arriving at the Mercedes-Benz salon;
✧ Ensure smooth daily salon operations - from coordinating customer flows to managing administrative processes;
✧ Ensure smooth communication by phone, e-mail and live in the salon;
✧ Contribute to creating the highest level of customer experience at every step;
✧ Coordinate documentation, orders and internal processes;
✧ Cooperate with sales and service teams, ensuring smooth organization of work;
✧ Foster a premium salon atmosphere, order and professional image.
