About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing Performance team. You will play a key role in developing, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns across Meta and other social media channels. You will work closely with a team of experts, including Project Managers, PPC Specialists, and the Creative team, with a primary focus on local and global eCommerce projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advanced Meta Ads strategies for local and global eCommerce clients.
- Own the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from initial strategy through to final reporting.
- Create and implement market-entry and scaling strategies for local and global eCommerce brands.
- Align ad creatives and copy messaging with performance goals in collaboration with content and creative teams.
- Leverage automation tools and AI solutions to enhance bidding strategies and reporting.
- Analyze data from GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio, and attribution tools to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage large-scale media budgets with a focus on maximizing ROAS.
- Maintain accurate tracking and measurement frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Present insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Build and refine Meta Ads best practices, including A/B testing frameworks and audience segmentation.
- Refine best practices for setting up Meta Ads catalogs and product sets.
- Handle in-depth implementation and management of Meta Pixels and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Utilize and integrate software platforms via Zapier and other API solutions.
What We Expect From You:
- 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience in eCommerce, with proven results managing large budgets.
- Experience working with full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns, including Advantage+, Catalogs, Instant Forms, and more.
- Solid knowledge of conversion tracking and product catalog management.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with automation tools and Meta Ads automated rules.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign data and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and professional proficiency in English.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week from our Vilnius office.
- Strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to solve problems and test solutions rapidly.
It Would Be a Plus:
- 2+ years of experience in a digital advertising agency.
- Experience with TikTok Ads, SEMrush, and other competitive analysis tools.
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as SEO, email marketing, or CRO.
