We are looking for a Meta Ads specialist to join Good One, one of the strongest marketing teams in Lithuania, with over 15 years of experience and part of the global Havas network.
If you have at least a few years of experience working with Meta Ads, are able to independently manage campaigns and make decisions based on data, we invite you to join our team.

What are you going to do?
- Plan, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn and other social media platforms, with a focus on Meta Ads.
- Oversee advertising campaigns for strategically important clients and be responsible for their results.
- Analyze campaign results, identify growth opportunities and apply insights into practice.
- Use automation and artificial intelligence tools to improve campaign results.
We hope you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience with Meta Ads.
- Able to independently plan, manage and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Good knowledge of audience formation, campaign structures and optimization principles.
- Have experience working with Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
- Have basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio.
- Able to analyze data and make decisions based on results.
- Able to clearly communicate insights, recommendations and action plans to clients.
- You are responsible, meticulous and result-oriented.
