What will you do with us:
- I will plan and organize the work of the CNC team, ensuring the achievement of the set production goals;
- I will plan and optimize the work of the equipment;
- I will form, develop and motivate my team;
- I will solve various production and team problems;
- I will ensure open and transparent communication within the team regarding the set goals, performance results, share relevant information and news of the company;
- I will comply with employee health and safety requirements and standards and coordinate so that your team also complies with these requirements;
- I will work a full-time work schedule (8 am-5 pm).
This position is perfect for you if:
- Have experience working in a manufacturing company, metalworking shop is an advantage;
- Have good planning, organizational skills, analytical thinking;
- Have leadership skills and want to help the team achieve higher work standards;
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, quick reaction
- Are familiar with Lean methodology and problem-solving tools (advantage)
