Nature of work
- To organize and plan the work of the metal processing workshop, production processes, volumes, resources and costs;
- Ensure timely fulfillment of production orders;
- To plan and implement measures to increase productivity and efficiency;
- Analyze production results and make suggestions related to the improvement of production processes in their implementation;
- To contact all departments / divisions regarding the progress of order fulfillment, disturbances, defects, etc .;
- To ensure the quality of products and raw materials used;
- Maintain production equipment.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in metalworking companies;
- Knowledge of production technologies;
- Reading drawings;
- Teamwork skills;
- Ability to be a leader and promptly solve emerging problems;
- Innovation / receptiveness to innovations;
- Ability to communicate smoothly and effectively, both orally and in writing;
- Category B driver's license.
