Your responsibilities:
- Organizing the work of the metal shop and ensuring a smooth production process;
- Planning daily work, production volumes and priorities;
- Coordination of the work of the shop team, distribution of tasks and monitoring of results;
- Ensuring production deadlines, quality and technological requirements;
- Smooth cooperation with other departments of the company;
- Analysis of production processes and providing suggestions for their efficiency.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in metal fabrication and welding;
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Good team management, work organization and people motivation skills;
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand metal fabrication processes;
- Ability to plan work, set priorities and control its execution;
- VT1 and/or VT2 qualification is a great advantage.
