Our client is a progressive, rapidly expanding company that designs and manufactures technological equipment for the woodworking industry. They are currently looking for an experienced METAL PREPARATION TECHNOLOGIST to join their team.
Nature of work
- Programming of laser cutting, sheet bending and pipe bending equipment;
- Delay and optimization of material yield;
- Creation and correction of DXF drawings, identifying technological errors;
- Determination of equipment malfunctions, supervision of operator work;
- Planning of work in the preparation shop according to production needs and deadlines;
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality production preparation;
- Continuous improvement of activities and processes.
Employee requirements
- Successful work experience with metalworking equipment (lasers, presses, CNC), production planning;
- Skills in reading drawings and product specifications;
- Understanding and editing DXF drawings;
- Ability to program equipment and perform debugging;
- Ability to make decisions independently;
- Ability to organize team work and manage production processes and changes;
- Analytical thinking, independence, responsibility.
- Excellent communication, activity and time planning skills, initiative and desire to improve.
