WHAT SHOULD BE DONE?
- Search for metal purchase opportunities and new suppliers;
- Negotiate purchase prices;
- Evaluate transactions and their profitability;
- Organize metal pickup and transportation to the required point;
- Search for buyers and organize metal sales;
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers;
- Control the entire process from purchase to sale;
- Solve problems that arise and take responsibility for your decisions;
WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Appreciates clear, open and honest communication;
- Able to accept feedback, learn from observations and draw conclusions;
- Able to maintain productivity in dynamic and stressful situations;
- Persistent and result-oriented;
- Does not shy away from calls, negotiations and various client situations;
- Active and independent - you see a problem and look for a solution, without waiting for someone to tell you what to do;
- Understands that independence means not only the freedom to make decisions, but also responsibility for their outcome.
- Ability to work from other cities and countries.
