Job description:
- Melting of metal and alloys using the TIG method and specialized equipment;
- Casting of bearings with babbitt according to technological requirements;
- Preparation, filling and processing of casting molds;
- Control of temperature and technological parameters throughout the process;
- Maintenance of melting equipment and maintaining cleanliness in the workplace;
- Performing quality checks and following technological instructions.
Employee requirements
- Experience working with metal heat treatment or casting equipment (advantage);
- Technical knowledge of metalworking processes (especially TIG method);
- Understanding of bearing casting processes or willingness to learn;
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
